User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Zooroo provides a platform that allows users to connect and communicate with one another. Zooroo does not participate in, supervise, or control interactions, communications, transactions, meetings, or exchanges that occur between users, whether online or in person.

All decisions regarding communication, meetings, exchanges of money, or transfer of animals are made solely by users at their own discretion and risk.

Users are encouraged to take reasonable precautions when interacting with others, including using good judgment, communicating clearly, and choosing safe and appropriate settings for any in-person meetings.

No Guarantee of User Conduct or Outcomes

Zooroo does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the identity, intentions, conduct, or actions of any user. Zooroo makes no representations regarding the safety, legality, quality, health, or outcomes of any interaction or transaction initiated through the platform.

Any agreements, negotiations, or arrangements made between users are strictly between those users.

In-Person Interactions and Transactions

Zooroo does not facilitate payments, handle funds, or act as an intermediary in transactions between users. Any exchange of money, animals, or other property occurs independently of the platform.

Users acknowledge that meeting individuals in person or exchanging valuable items carries inherent risks. Zooroo is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, harm, fraud, or damages that may occur as a result of in-person meetings, transactions, or arrangements made through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zooroo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from user interactions, negotiations, meetings, transactions, or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to theft, fraud, robbery, personal injury, or property loss.

By using Zooroo, users agree to assume full responsibility for their actions and interactions, and to release Zooroo from any claims arising from such activities.

Zooroo encourages users to communicate openly, avoid rushed decisions, and take appropriate precautions when arranging meetings or exchanges. These suggestions are provided for general awareness only and do not constitute guarantees or assurances of safety.
